Lithuanian Agricultural Advisory Service (LAAS) – provides consulting services for farmers more than 20 years.
Also, LŽŪKT takes care about qualification of advisers, prepares learning programs for them, provides training and methodological information. LŽŪKT is one of the SKIFF project partners and a leading partner of two e-learning trainings – Farming Management and ICT in Agriculture.
Gintarė Kučinskienė, PhD
Completed Studies at Lithuanian Veterinary Academy Veterinary medicine faculty at 1993-1999 and PhD of Biomedical sciences, veterinary medicine in Immunology laboratory of Lithuanian Veterinary Academy and Immunology Unit, School of Veterinary Medicine, Hannover (Germany) at 2000- 2004.
Practical work in agricultural sector from 1996 in Zymotic disease laboratory of Live-stock clinic of Lithuanian Veterinary Academy, Practical training and research center of Lithuanian Veterinary Academy and adviser practice in Chambers of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania from 2003, experience of work with Rural Development Program from RDP 2007 in Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania.
From 2013 working with innovation issues in LŽŪKT, taking care about implementation of European Innovation Partnership under RDP and international projects.
Ilma Rimkevičienė, MEng
Received her master diploma in Computer engineering from Kaunas Technology University in 1995.
She is a Head of IT Department of LŽŪKT. She is responsible for appropriate administration of the Advisory Services IT infrastructure and ensuring appropriate continuity of mentored activities and processes. She has a long term practise in national and international projects related with IT sector.
Aušra Baliukevičiūtė, LLM
She has a master degree of Law (Civil procedure) of Mykolas Romeris University in 2013.
Since 2014, she works in LŽŪKT as a specialist of legal regulation in Research and Development Department. The main responsibilities – preparation and administration of projects‘ contracts. She takes care about implementation of European Innovation Partnership under RDP and international projects under different financial programs.
Alberta Povilauskaitė, BBa
Completed Studies at Vilnius University and has a bachelor degree in Management and Business Administration.
She is a training specialist of the Training Department at LŽŪKT, responsible for the providing of trainings for farmers. Also works with e-learning and coordinates the administration of e-learning system of LAAS.
Gintautas Klevinskas, BSe
Received his bachelor Diploma in ecology from Aleksandras Stulginskis University in 2012.
Gintautas is working in LAAS as a crop specialist. Work specialization – soil sampling and precision fertilization.
Reda Milčiuvienė, MAh
Received her Master diploma, at Lithuania Veterinary Academy, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Technology. Main fields of study for the qualification Zootechnics, Animal Husbandry Technology, branch of study programme – Technologies of Production and Processing of Husbandry products.
Since 2011 she is working as a Head specialist of animal husbandry in LAAS. The main areas of work are advising on livestock technologies, cross-compliance requirements, creating and testing working tool for farmers and consultants (program e-GEBA http://www.egeba.lt/Gyvulininkyste), livestock farms data analysis, trainings, participation in national and international projects. She is interested in new technologies, their applicability and usefulness of livestock farms.
Ingrida Strankauskiene, BEc
She graduated Aleksandras Stulginskis University and has a bachelor degree of economics. From 2014 studying for Master degree of Economics.
She works as a business economic specialist for more than 3 years in Business Economy Department in LAAS. The main functions are: business consulting projects of the European Union support the development and administration and other economic issues, economic consultants to prepare a business project inspection and assessment of business development projects, farms performance evaluation of the economic and financial analysis of competitiveness.
She is responsible for the quality of service, service tools required to carry out the improvement and the development of methodology for this service and provide training consultants.
