European Institute for Evolution and Integration

EIEO (European Institute for Evolution and Integration) established in 2013 is a non-profit organisation. The Institute has a strong cooperation with European Universities and Greek authorities in the field of Justice, Information and European Law.

Education and training is among the core priorities of the organisation. EIEO, in cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, has been already involved in a) a LdV project and in the past (, and b) in EuropeAid projects as major scientific-board and project management staff ( Both relate to agriculture and food and will bring valuable experience to the proposed project. It has additional project implementation experience in the field of Justice (, Interreg, Equal and 3rd CSF programmes, concerning transnational vocational education and training and re-engineering of the Greek National Post Organization (infrastructure and services).


Antonios Perdikaris, PhD

Ex Head of Cereals Department in the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, expert in the Agricultural markets Sector and Head of Department in the Organic Sector of the same Ministry, served for four years in the Permanent Representation of Greece to The European Union, as one of the main administrators for the development of new legislation in Agricultural Markets and Organic Farming at national and EU level. He was also responsible for the implementation of assisting control/audit mechanisms as well as relevant agricultural policies, related to most of the outputs included in this proposal.

Dr Antonis Perdikaris has large experience, both managerial, regarding the implementation of transnational projects, but also professional/scientific, with respect to farming and agriculture. He will be responsible for establishing the overall plan and material to be communicated to relevant official bodies and associations.
